JWHomestay does not limit hosting price. We are super open to the market. Hosts evaluate their homes based on location, house condition, suportive services, eg.
Rental Agreement
All Hosts can access our student database by registerring. Host Confidential Agreement must be signned before the student moves in to protect both Hosts and JWHomestay. Student must fill out the application form & Agreement.
Full student information report
JWHomestay gets applicatoins directly from universities, colleges and public school baords. We make sure all students have vaild visa, health insurance, medical report and legal local custodian if he/she is a minor.

Discounts and Hosting rewards
Lower commission rate to welcome new members. Current host will get referral bonus when refer friends, neighbors, work mates eg. to our homestay program by getting a $50 bonus when their referral gets to host our student for the first time.
